Spindle Coma in the Brainstem Infarction

Abstract
|
|
|
Spindle coma has a characteristic EEG pattern of slow wave sleep, in particular, sleep spindles in some unconscious patients.
Spindle coma patterns usually have been described after head injury but few other etiologies have been reported with spindle coma.
We report two cases of spindle coma associated with brain stem infarction.
